What are the Limitations to Beck Law Center's Offer for Pro Bono Name Changes?
Our legal and paralegal services are no cost.
We will ask you to pay "costs" associated with the name change. These are usually limited to court costs and the cost to publish "service" which notifies the public that you are changing your name.
We cannot represent you if doing so would cause us to violate the Ohio Rules of Ethics. For example, if we currently have a case against you, we cannot represent you in your name change proceedings.
