Kim Beck represents individuals who’ve suffered serious injuries or been given the runaround by insurance companies, with particular skill in complex cases involving dangerous or defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Before building her own practice, she spent 13 years at defense firms representing pharmaceutical companies — a background that now helps her anticipate the industry’s strategies on behalf of her clients. She also served as a legal extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Sharon Ovington.
Kim’s legal work has been recognized by respected industry publications, including Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, and Avvo, and she has taught continuing legal education (CLE) courses to fellow attorneys.
