Kim Beck: An Attorney Who Fights When It Matters Most
Attorney Kim Beck represents people who’ve suffered serious personal injuries or been treated unfairly by insurance companies, with particular expertise in complex cases involving dangerous or defective pharmaceuticals and medical products. Earlier in her career, she worked for 13 years at defense firms representing pharmaceutical companies—insight she now uses to anticipate industry methods on behalf of her clients. She also served as a legal extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Sharon Ovington.
Kim’s legal work has been recognized by peer-reviewed and industry publications, including Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, and Avvo. She has also taught continuing legal education (CLE) programs for fellow attorneys. In February 2025, she completed mediator training and now offers mediation services for civil disputes, expanding her practice beyond litigation to help parties resolve conflicts outside the courtroom.
