Attorney Kim Beck helps people who’ve suffered personal injuries and who’ve been treated unfairly by insurance companies and other entities. She has an impressive track record with many case types, including those involving dangerous products. Kim’s practice also includes complex product cases involving dangerous or defective pharmaceuticals and medical products.
Before founding Beck Law Center, Kim served at a national plaintiffs’ firm, leading a team of three attorneys and three paralegals and working across matters involving more than 25,000 plaintiffs. Earlier in her career, she spent 13 years at defense firms, primarily representing pharmaceutical companies—experience she now draws on to anticipate industry strategies. She also served as a legal extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Sharon Ovington.
Peer-reviewed and industry publications, including listings or ratings from Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Martindale‑Hubbell, and Avvo have recognized Kim’s work. She’s taught continuing legal education (CLE) programs for attorneys on multiple occasions.
In February 2025, Kim completed mediator training and now offers mediation services in civil disputes.
