Attorney Kimberly Beck helps people who have suffered personal injuries and those who have been treated unfairly by insurance companies and the like. She has an impressive track record with many kinds of cases, including those involving dangerous products, like bad drugs.
Kimberly Beck represents people who have suffered serious injuries and those who have been treated unfairly by insurance companies. Her practice includes complex product cases involving dangerous or defective pharmaceuticals and medical products.
Before founding Beck Law Center, Kim served at a national plaintiffs’ firm, leading a team of three attorneys and three paralegals and working across matters involving more than 25,000 plaintiffs. Earlier in her career, she spent 13 years at defense firms, primarily representing pharmaceutical companies—experience she now draws on to anticipate industry strategies. She also served as a legal extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Sharon Ovington.
Peer-reviewed and industry publications, including listings or ratings from Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Martindale‑Hubbell, and Avvo have recognized Kim’s work. She has taught continuing legal education (CLE) programs for attorneys on multiple occasions.
In February 2025, Kim completed mediator training and now offers mediation services in civil disputes.
