Kim Beck: Compassionate Legal Expertise
Kim Beck represents people who’ve suffered serious injuries or been shortchanged by insurance companies, with a particular focus on complicated cases involving dangerous or defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices. For 13 years earlier in her career, she worked at defense firms representing pharmaceutical companies — experience she now puts to work anticipating the industry’s playbook on behalf of her clients. She also served as a legal extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge Sharon Ovington.
Kim’s work has been recognized by respected legal publications, including Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, and Avvo, and she has taught continuing legal education (CLE) courses for other attorneys. In February 2025, she completed formal mediator training and now offers mediation services for civil disputes, giving clients a path to resolve conflicts outside of a courtroom when that route makes sense.
